Hi, I'm Jasmin Hurley, the Founder of JH Legal 

Jasmin is a dedicated corporate attorney with experience advising a range of clients—from startups and small businesses to large private companies—on entity formation, governance, commercial contracts, and financing. With a strong focus on intellectual property and corporate law, she supports clients in industries like food and beverage, healthcare, media, technology, retail, and nonprofits, often serving as fractional general counsel for growth-stage startups.

In addition to her legal expertise, Jasmin assists women-, minority-, and veteran-owned businesses with diverse business certifications, guiding them through the application process at local, state, and national levels. Jasmin's background includes a distinguished military career as a U.S. Army officer in the Military Police Corps.

Along with her professional work, Jasmin volunteers with the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Ohio Chamber of Commerce for Veterans. She lives in rural Ohio with her husband, also a Veteran, their children and pets. In her free time, Jasmin enjoys exploring new places with her family.
